Global Partners LP, a master limited partnership formed in March 2005, is a Delaware corporation. The company owns, controls or owns a large network of refined petroleum products and renewable fuel terminals — with strategic railroad and marine assets — across Maine to Florida and into the U.S. Gulf states. The Company is also one of the largest distributors of gasoline, distillates, residual oil and renewable fuels to wholesalers, retailers and commercial customers in the states of New England and New York.
