Founded in 1887 and incorporated in Minnesota in 1915, H.B. Fuller Company is a global leader in the formulation, manufacture and marketing of adhesives, sealants and other specialty chemical products. The company's sales operations cover 34 countries in North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific, India, the Middle East and Africa. The company's core business focuses on industrial adhesives that improve product performance and manufacturing efficiency for customers in a wide range of industries such as packaging, health, medical, construction, electronics, transportation and aerospace. In addition, Fuller provides innovative adhesive and sealant solutions for residential, commercial and infrastructure construction, such as waterproofing, pressure-sensitive adhesives and roofing applications. As of November 30, 2024, the company operates through three key segments, hygiene, health and consumable adhesives; engineering adhesives; and construction adhesives. Beginning in fiscal 2025, the company restructured, divested its North American flooring business, and merged its insulating glass, woodworking and composite business with its roofing, building envelope and infrastructure business to create a new building adhesives solutions segment.
