Ardmore Shipping Corporation was incorporated in the Republic of the Marshall Islands on May 14, 2013 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of GA Holdings LLC (GA Holdings LLC) incorporated in the Marshall Islands. Through an energy-efficient fleet of modern medium-sized products and chemical tankers, the company provides marine transportation of petroleum products and chemicals to oil companies, national oil companies, oil and chemical traders and chemical companies around the world. The company's fleet consists of 12 ships, including eight operating ships and four ships due to start operations in January 2014, which together constitute the company's initial fleet.
