Forward Industries, Inc., established under the laws of the State of New York and commenced operations in 1961, is a manufacturer of special promotional items. The Company designs, markets and distributes carrying and protection solutions primarily for handheld electronic devices, including soft-sided suitcases, bags, clips, hand straps, protective plates and skins, as well as accessories for medical monitoring and diagnostic kits, barcode scanners, GPS and positioning devices, and cellular phones.
