Antelope Enterprise Holdings Limited is a British Virgin Islands limited liability company. Its predecessor, CHAC, was incorporated in Delaware on June 22, 2007. CHAC merged with its wholly-owned British Virgin Islands subsidiary China Ceramics on November 20, 2009. On October 15, 2020, China Ceramics announced that the company name was changed to "Antelope Enterprise Holdings Limited". Their business is carried out in China by their subsidiaries. They provide live e-commerce services, enterprise management and information system consulting services. In addition, they plan to launch an energy supply business in the third quarter of 2024. The power generation business progressed more slowly than expected as the company took more time than expected to procure, install and learn to operate the equipment. They once ran a tile manufacturing business, which they spun off in 2023.
