Vista Gold is currently engaged in the evaluation, acquisition, exploration and development of gold exploration and potential projects that can increase gold production and the market value of the company's assets. Historically, the Company's practice of acquiring gold mining projects has generally sought projects within political jurisdiction with good mining land, land ownership and tax laws, which are supported by sufficient drilling and geological data to complete third-party review of geological data and complete gold mineralization estimates.
