The US Olympic and Paralympic Committee is taking legal action against the energy drink brand Prime, alleging trademark infringement for using its intellectual property without permission. The suit accuses Prime, co-owned by YouTubers Logan Paul and KSI, of using Olympic-related phrases and symbols on a Kevin Durant-branded special edition drink. The committee claims Prime's actions are intentional and in violation of its trademark rights.
