3) He bought another ~$50K on 3/4

4) Just two days later, Trump signed an EO to establish the reserve

5) on 3/11, the bill called The Bitcoin Act of 2025 was introduced and referred to the Senate Banking Committee

6) Coincidentally Senator McCormick sits on that exact committee

7) That same day, McCormick doubled down and bought another $50K of $BITB

8) He then bought another ~$150K the following days

Conflict of interest here? Probably.
