The Cyberspace Administration of China recently dealt with 82 illegal and irregular apps (including mini-programs) such as "Open a Mystery Room" for not publicly collecting and using rules, not providing the function of deleting or correcting personal information in accordance with the law, etc., in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law, the Network Data Security Management Regulations, the App Illegal and Irregular Collection and Use of Personal Information Behavior Identification Method and other laws and regulations.

Among them, "Open a Mystery Room" and other 4 apps have problems with not publicly collecting and using rules, violating the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws and regulations, and are subject to the off-line disposal according to law and regulations; "Dynamic Wallpaper Emperor" and other 78 apps have problems with not providing the function of deleting or correcting personal information in accordance with the law, violating the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws and regulations, and are subject to the order to complete the rectification within one month, and those who fail to complete the rectification within one month are subject to the off-line disposal according to law and regulations.

The Cyberspace Administration of China said that it will continue to strengthen the regulation in the field of personal information protection, protect the information rights of the masses, and improve the legalization of the network space.
